The man in the fallout shelter knows what he wants. Everything he could need to supposedly survive and exit, all there. There hasn’t been a nuclear attack, no civil war, and he is dead. Sitting on the shelter’s toilet, a camera records his final pose.

This past Tuesday, another suspect was apprehended by the police of
-NAME DELETED- County. This brings the accumulated number of suspects to an international 43. We had the opportunity to question sargeant -NAME DELETED- regarding one suspect currently held in the city of -NAME DELETED- who may be the one who has orchestrated at least 350 murders these past two years in various countries.

“… !” According to sargeant -NAME DELETED- of -NAME DELETED-, he couldn’t have been assigned a more interesting case. “… .” They have the men under tight surveillance, however without any actual allegations they may all be released.

“… .”

What the sargeant is referring to is the footage of each killing, or rather it’s results. “We are still working out the details, but it seems that he (or they, we really just don’t know anymore) just went around and picked people –sometimes even couples- off the street, drugged them, and produced videos using their corpses. What is confusing to us is that some of them have footage before their death that is mixed in seamlessly with their actual death where the victims appear entirely sober…”

While the above can be ascertained by anyone who watched the videos that made it onto the internet, “We can’t really go into the rest of the details at this time.”

follow-up
We have received information from several of the victims’ families and friends.

There isn’t a killer. It is a service that is being performed — the ‘clients’ write, sign, and place a copy of their contract with him in an envolope addressed to whomever they wish to send it to. These contracts clear him of involvement in their deaths. The men apprehended have been released as the only names provided by the contracts belong to the clients.

This appears to be the end of the story.
